I made this block for a member of one of my flickr quilting bee blocks. It's called "Wonky Star" I've also posted pictures of wonky log cabin blocks I've made over here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-99902-1.htm#2530630

block 1

They are nice! Are you continuing on with other wonky ones as well?

You should suggest that as one of the Star BOM that is going on now. It is very pretty and I love the "wonky".

Thanks for the tutorial. Today I bought the fabric I want to use for a "Wonky Star" quilt for my 10 yr old DGS. I want it to be made up of many differnt wonky stars. I searched the web for stars blocks for a couple of hours this morning before shopping. This star will fit right in with the ones I found. It is so nice to be a part of this group. I can always find what I am looking here. :)

Also, it's amazing how you can make each star so different even though it's the same pattern
