Started a new quilt this weekend. I had purchased a bundle of beautiful batiks in blues an greens last summer and wanted to do an Irish Chain pattern. This will be for my sister and BIL's 25th wedding anniversary. Calling it Sea Glass Chain. Wish me luck! The brown one is a flannel quilt made for my son's birthday. It is backed with fleece - nice & cuddly.

Lovely color combination. It will be a beauty.

I like the warm look of the browns as well.

Good work.

How absolutely georgous!!! I can't wait to see your Sea Glass Chain completed! I love blues and I love the beach. This is definitely one to add to my to do list...near the top of my to do list that is. Please keep us updated and I would love to see a close up of your fabrics.

Beautiful.... Also love the flannel one. Is that trail adventures flannel by Holly Taylor? I made a quilt from the same fabric only it was not the flannels. Nice work!
