Default Would you consider this to be Jungle-Theme (WIP)

Working on a quilt for baby shower for a great niece and they are going "jungle-themed" in the baby's room. Do you this this will be okay. I really don't have any "themed" fabric so I found these blocks I had purchased a while back and used batiks. The second pic is the border I will be adding.
Would any of you be too disappointed receiving this as a jungle quilt? I've just coming out of a 2 yr slump from sewing and I'm questioning everything I do...

I think it's fine for a baby. Very nice work.
I would definitely be happy to get this as a gift.

I don't think you need to question this quilt, it is precious. Love the colors and the pattern, great job!!!

No more questioning. This is adorable and fits the jungle theme perfectly. I know I would have lots of fun telling stories to my little about all the cute animals on this fun jungle quilt.

No more slump
peace

Thanks everyone. I know most of the items they receive will be "store bought jungle themed" and my colors don't match well, but if the you ladies say *thumbs up*....... then I'll keep sewing on it )

Definitely keep on sewing! It will stand out from the store-bought stuff, and is easy on the eyes.

It is perfect for a little one. Everything doesn't have to be matchy-matchy.

All the more reason to appreciate your gorgeous and unique gift! It won't be like the store bought stuff, but to my mind that is a huge plus.
