Love your new drapes. I'm doing some on my own
windows with quilt batting behind them, muslin backing.
Live in the central valley of CA, where we get Dragon's
Breath heat in summer time and need the insulation.
I remember putting in a whole 6 foot by 6 foot wall of
mirrors in the kitchen. Took a few days before DH noticed
it, and only because I insisted on standing in front of it
while talking to him!! Loved him in spite of that small
lack! Still miss him.
Be sure to show us your quilt, I'm drooling with envy at
all those luscious colors.
