The thing weights a ton, I went to fold it to get it out of my way, and it was hard, to mauch fabric, that is it, way to much fabric,

can someone remind me in the coming months when I am going to be planning and cuttin gout quilts not to do the tiny tiny pieces? it would help, even if you have to slap my fingers.

TY very much, it was definitely something I got a lot out of.

It is an old thread, I was slow getting it on the table as I had to wait for the black for the border to get here, and I am glad i did, it helps set off the quilt just right, I hate to use just plain fabrics with nothing on them, so this was perfect, not to busy with anything, I figured the quilt was busy enough, I still say son't stare at it to long or you will go blind,

I did have to don my sunglasses, but what a sight to see! It's gorgeous! And the black definitely makes it pop...if you're looking for a home for it, I can give you my address...lol

You will have to wait in line, I think it has a few offers before you, maybe it should just take a trip and go around and around, to bad I couldn't go with it.

That is outstanding. The black frames it perfectly. You did a fantastic job on your quilt. All those tiny pieces - WOW. Did you get a final count on the pieces?

If you want to send it here to my home, you can come sleep under it here. I'll let you. Should I put the coffee on yet? I have some little lemon poppy seed muffins (home made). And if you stay a few days we could go to the Ann Arbor Art Fair on Wednesday. KB

Now Cutie, why would we slap your fingers when they do such wonderful work!! No way!!

Hey, I know, I'll gladly pay the postage if you send it to me! LOL

I don't think that I could lift the box, I am serious on how heavy the stupid thing is, really, and I used lightweight batting, not heavy, no warm and anything or what have you, I am happy it is done though,

just think of what I could do if I used big pieces!

Boy, I'm glad I didn't miss this quilts completion. The WOW status is HUGH! You did a great job of picking colors for it. And all of those small pieces. That is a quilt I would love to have on my bed. Thanks for taking us along on your quilting journey. It was fun watching start to finish. And what a finish. Your quilt is stunning. Can you tell I like it.
