Default You know you are old when you make baby quilts for prior students!!

Had a lot of fun making this one. The back is flannel, and I used my new stencils to guide my hand quilting for the first time!!

But clearly you are young at heart! What adorable monkeys! And a simple, clean design as well. Most of the young mothers in my life don't want fussy, cutesy stuff, but soft colors like this and whimsical graphics are perfect.

You did a great job on the quilt. What is old is when you make quilts for grandchildren of kids you babysat for in high school. Love the monkeys, I have one started with the pink background and monkeys.

I am just finishing up a warm wishes using these monkeys. I just have brown flannel for back, but I sure like your flannel. If I make it to town before I quilt it I might have to see if I can find some like yours. Great job!
