My son-in-law gave me this recipe and it is now one of the things I make and keep in the freezer.

1 egg
3/4C milk
1/2C quick cooking oats
1C shredded cheese
1t salt
1 lb. ground turkey or beef

topping:
2/3C ketchup
1/4C brown sugar
1-1/2t mustard

Mix the egg, milk, oats, cheese and salt well; add ground meat. Evenly divide the mixture into a large cupcake pan.

Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and spread evenly over the meat mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before removing from the pan.
