Hi :-) Someone shared a desert recipe, and I think it was a WW recipe. Seems like there were minimal calories in a pie (I think). I remember asking if the calorie count was for one serving, and the response was that it was for the entire pie. Does anyone else remember this or have the recipe, or remember who shared it? I wish I had bookmarked it, but I forgot to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :-) BTW, I went through all 68 pages of recipes here and did not find it.

There is a really good ww recipe with a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (juice and all) and a box of angel food cake mix. Mix and bake.

If you're talking about a low calorie WW pie, I'm betting it's one of the versions of WW Crustless Pumpkin Pie. Try some googles and I'm sure you'll find lots!

Sewwhat85, that doesn't sound like it, but it sounds good. Thanks for helping. :-)

I followed your lead and found it! Thanks everyone. Here it is (I copied and pasted so this is the original post from lneal):

This is the recipe that we tried for dessert yesterday. It was very good, and even our non Weight Watcher guests loved it. Cool, light, and refreshing, and yes ladies, it is only 4 Weight Watcher points for the entire pie.

4 POINT STRAWBERRY PIE

1 small pkg vanilla pudding sugar free/fat free
1 small pkg strawberry Jello sugar free/fat free
2 C water
1 Quart sliced strawberries

Combine water and pudding and cook until boiling; add Jello, stir over medium heat until dissolved, set aside and let cool slightly. Put sliced strawberries into glass pie plate, pour jello/pudding mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).

Serve with fat free Cool Whip.

You can change the flavors of the fruit and the Jello, being as creative as you’d like.

ENJOY!

Hope everyone had a happy Mothers Day.

DH bought enough for 2 pies, so I will probably make another one tonight or tomorrow.

My quilts are hugs for the times I can't be there.
