My Son in Law asked me to make a "manly", quilt for him, he liked the Log Cabin blocks I had started, 2" strips... even though it does have some flowerie fabric... ha
I had gotten the gold fabric in a trade from Catrancher and thought, ok, that would work out great for a background for the Paw's.... So here it is 105x105.. he's a large boy .. :)
I used Hobb's 80/20 batting and a tanish designed backing...Which I for got to take a pic of the back.
The binding is sewn on the front but not tacked down yet.
I quilted fern's in the dark area's, and leave's with vine's in the light area. I did a serpintine around the Paw's and feather's in the triangles...

Plus I put leave's in the border between the cabins and the paw's.. In the outer border I did just lines back and forth.. kind of make's it look like a tree.. ha. [ATTACH=CONFIG]252581[/ATTACH]
