sueisallaboutquilts wanted to see his pictures on the first day of school.
When I asked his if he was ready for school as we were heading out the door his response was "I don't think this is a good idea!"
He loves school now and rides the bus. The only thing he doesn't like is that he only goes 4 days a week. He wants to go all 7 days.
BTW he started on Aug. 22.

trying to get him out of the van. He was crying.

Poor little guy. How hard did you cry after you left him?

Not such a "little man" anymore! He's so cute!

I didn't cry but I was a nervous wreck for the first week.

His sister had to go with us. She didn't want to miss it.

He's very cute. I remember those days, so long ago. Now my oldest son is in his 8th year of teaching and my youngest son works at a school in China. I cried when I sent him and his wife off at the airport when they left for China. In fact I'm getting teary eyed just thinking about them being so far away.

Hugs to you.

Well, what did you do with your spare time when he was away at school?
