I like the idea of washable rather than disposable. Hmmm...wonder if fleece or velour or would work as well...I'm thinking about synthetics that might have static cling that would attract the dust. If I think about what attracts cat hair, it give me other options. I know, my black dress pants! Every time I get to work I have some of the cats with me. Maybe I should cut them up and Swiffer.

I also use warm and natural batting scraps for hand dusting I'm going to try it on my swiffer.

i do make a few from fleece. with 4 dogs and 2 cats there is always a dust bunny that needs captured here. lol and flannel -replacement pads-works well for the SWIFFER SWEEPER. AND the rectangles are easy to cut from the flannel-I add another rectangle-smaller- to the floor side to catch a lil extra dust/pet hair on the rough edges. cheap. easy. effective
