I need your help. Everyone here is so good to post links to wonderful sites. My problem is I don't know how to follow a blog to where I know each time they update. Do you just have to manually check the blog or is there a way to sign up for it? I have seen something about RSS feed (I think). But I don't know what this is. I tried to click on that once, but didn't get anything. The only blog I can follow now is "I'm just a guy who quilts" and that is because I get an email. Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Right above your question there is Bookmark Watch Add to Topic List. So just click on "Watch",then when there is an update you will get an e-mail. Hope this helps. Or you have to sign up for it, not sure.

Most blogs have a little widget on the sidebar with a blue button over it that says Follow. You need a Google acct, like a gmail signin, or if you have your own blog, or whatever, then you click on follow. This then puts the blog on your reading list. Whenever they post on their blog the new post shows up in your reading list. Or you can use Google reader. There are a few different ways you can follow a blog. Hope this helps.

I can subscribe to the RSS feed with IE but not Google Chrome. If you don't have a new enough version of IE you can get a Google account and use the Google Reader and put them on your reading list that way.

Thank you!!

I should add, when you subscribe to the rss feed in IE it adds a "feeds" tab between "favorites" and "history" in Favorites.

I follow quite a few blogs and I just have a link saved to my desktop for each one. I check once or twice a week.

I use Google Reader and I love it! It's really easy to manage.
