Just got finished putting the outer border on. Very festive! Maybe I can get it quilted within 5 -6 weeks. It will just be for my own home, not a gift, so I won't worry if I don't finish it. Never been too fond of red in large quantities, so this will take some getting used to.
The pattern is called Seven Stars by toadusew. I omitted what was to be a middle border, which would have made this quilt twin size. Now it is a large lap size. the inspectors gave me the approval once the inner border was finished [ATTACH=CONFIG]276601[/ATTACH] on the design wall- both borders are the same, the wall is too small so it is wrapped around on the left side [ATTACH=CONFIG]276602[/ATTACH] a few blocks [ATTACH=CONFIG]276603[/ATTACH] |
