Need help finding a pattern

The owner of a LQS showed me a table runner that was super simple. I thought I could remember it but I don't. :(
The runner takes a half yard of background fabric and a quarter yard of a print fabric. You're supposed to attach them together and turn right side out. After that you fold it and stitch the ends together, making it pointed at each end. Can anyone tell me where I might find the pattern on the internet or even just how to place the two pieces together.

I think you might be talking about "The 10 minute table runner".

Here's a link to a website that describes it. There is also youtube videos on it too...just search for 10 minute table runner.

Thanks for the link for the table runner, I shall make one for my dining room. I was looking for a simple one to whip up.
