best white fabric to use on a modern quilt?

I've never used just plain white fabric before, always tone on tone. Which white fabric do you like to use? I'd like something a little thicker so you can't totally see through it. I like the colored Konas, never checked out white though. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!

I use white in every quilt I make. My go to fabric is Kona white. I buy it by the bolt!

I use a lot of Kona Snow - just a little off white.

Kona Snow and Kona White. They're great.

I also buy Kona white by the bolt. It is thick enough that seam allowances don't show much. I do be sure to use white batting though, not natural or dream green when I use lots of white fabric..
