Millers Dry Goods

Just spent about an hour there and got out for just under 200.00. While it is a bit of a drive for me it will be my go to shop!!! I really thought there would be more people there, it being such a beautiful day; so it was nice to have some room to walk around. Got some yardage, a quilt kit and a fat quarter bundle. Very good prices and very helpful staff!!!

Don't you love when you get to shop like that. You don't have to wait for people who stand around unable to choose. I do try to go in with a shopping list. Sounds like you had a great day shopping.

I love going to shops that have different items than what I can find locally.

Sounds like it was a perfect day for you! My bucket list has Millers on it...and SO MANY More!! I need an empty RV and start at one end of the country and just tour quilt shops!

I love shopping(or just looking) there. It's about hour+ from me and I get there a few times a year. Always friendly and helpful. Took my SIL from Florida there a few years ago, thought I'd have to pry her out of the place. She nearly bought out the store!

It's in Charm,Ohio-Holmes county. This area is Amish country and has a lot of great things to do too!

I went to a new opening of a sewing machine/vacuum store yesterday and got sticker shock when I saw Hoffman batiks at $15.99 a yard !!! They cut me (3) 1/8 yard pieces but told me this was ONLY because of the grand opening. I then went across the street to Hobby Lobby!! Glad you had fun !! I sure did !!

Ha I say that all the time I want to crisscross the country like a quilting grid wouldn't want to miss anything.

Where in Ohio do you live? I'm just outside of Ashland Oh. Millers has been my go to shop in Holmes county for many years. I really prefer it to Helping Hands in Berlin. It still has maintained its "old timey" feeling and is not as "touristy" as the others. The people there are very helpful too. You should subscribe to their website and news letter.
