Hi All - I used to be a very active member of this community. I changed jobs in 2012 and found my new job was really mentally exhausting. I hardly quilted let alone spent any additional time online. Anyway in June 2014 I got to retire and my hubby and I relocated to North Carolina from California. It is wonderful here and my life has become easy going and I am quilting and sewing and loving it. I am enjoying belonging to a quilt guild that I can participate in most of the activities. I am enjoying using my vintage and antique sewing machines when I didn't have time for them before. I am using up some of my stash and starting some of the projects I had pattern and fabrics saved for. So I am happy to be back on here and hope to get back in touch with some of the people I used to talk with on here.

Isn't retirement wonderful!! Glad you are now able to enjoy life a bit more. It is amazing how much stress work creates. Welcome back to the board.
