Dad's Birthday Gift - Patriotic quilt
 

I have not made my Father a Quilt yet. I felt it was way over due. My father did severe in the United States Air Force for 20yrs. He retired in 1992. I decided i would do a patriotic quilt for him. This quilt is very large. Cant wait to give it to him next month. today i just noticed a error in the placements of boarders. Air Force material on the wrong side should be place on top. I will fix that and i am going to a special message to quilt and photo of him holding me as a baby.

Quilt was hand quilted with red and blue stars cant really see them. Took us a week with two of us working on it.
