Need A Neater Way To Fill Muffin Cups

I love to make muffins and I use the paper liners in my muffin tins, but I have never found a really good way to fill the muffins liners without making a mess, i.e., drips of batter on my tin.

Can anybody help with an idea to make this part of baking easier?

Thanks.

My mixing bowl has a handle & a poor spout. It really helps in doing neat pours. It also has a rubber ring around the bottom so that it does not scoot around when mixing. I've had it quite a while, so I don't remember where I got it.

I use an ice cream scoop. ;-)

How about a jar filler?

I also use the ice cream/ cookie scoop that has the little arm that clears out the batter.

I use an ice cream scoop or a measuring cup with a handle

Ice cream scoop. Try a restaurant supply place and invest in a good one, blue or yellow handle is a good size. They will hold up a lot better than a household-type.

You can fill a cake decorator paper and squeeze the batter into the cups easy.

I fill a gallon size ziplock bag, cut off one bottom corner and squeeze. When each cup is full I can pinch the bag and stop the flow to move to the next cup. My finger gets little obey, but washes well.
