This will sound ridiculous but it worked for somebody else. Click the maximize button in the top right corner and stretch it out to your preference. You may have adjusted it without realizing it. If it doesn't work, are you viewing on a tablet or a computer, and what browser are you using?

This did not help me, I have the same problem intermittently. What's up?

try cleaning out your cache, temp files, cookies...

That happened to me a few days ago. It was like that for a few days. Then later in the day it was working OK. Next day - didn't work again. Today is is working fine.
