All I can say is 'holy cow'! From that article I feel horribly for the seller and think the buyer is a money-grubbing overly zealous moron.

If he had had a real problem with the printer he should have kept it as proof or returned it as damaged.

A major problem is that there are so many avenues of 'appeal' that even if the case is thrown out--like it was at the very beginning of this story, the appeals process(es) can be tied up in (and tie up) the court system for years!

Wow! I knew there was a reason I've never wanted to sell anything on Craig's List! I just didn't know what is was until I read this article. Thanks for posting.
