Does anyone out there know where to buy a pattern or download one?. An interesting one to try. Thanks. PM if you wish.

www.inklingo.com That's where I bought mine. They do hand sewing, machine sewing and also a paper pieced pattern. That's the one I will use.

Checkout Quilters Newsletter for October/November 2015. They have a great pattern for what designer Peggy Gelbrich calls Glorious Clams. You can download the arcs but will need the magazine for directions.

There is one by Thimble Blossoms called "Clambake" which I love. Also on the AccuQuilt site there are two free patterns for clam shell projects. Yes they call for using the clam shell die, but they could be made without the die. I love my AccuQuilt and have the die, take a look because it is pure fun.

Just went to thimble blossom and saw clambake.....looks like tops of clams have been straightened.....looking like a sort of snowball pattern? I have the GO and the clam die too, but have not attempted it yet. Have been looking thru sites to see different ways to accomplish clams.....
