Feed dogs stuck in down position - Bernina 930 Record

I hadn't sewn on this machine for about a year. I wanted to test really quick then clean. The feed dogs are down, and switching the lever does nothing to fix it. I did clean and oil after I noticed this (and because it should be done). Any ideas?
Thanks,
Maggie

I don't know about yours, but I fixed a machine for a girl and it was a place on the back, behind the feed dogs that you had to hand move them back up. Yours may be different.

I don't know your machine specifically, but with some machines the hand wheel needs to make a rotation before the feed dogs will come back up.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. Didn't know this until a friend had a new machine with this issue and took it to the shop. OSMG just turned the handwheel and presto! Boy did we both feel stupid!

I had that problem on my new Pfaff so I called the store where I bought it. They told me I needed to start sewing and they would pop right up in place. Sure enough!

Same thing happened to me awhile back. It was a nut came off that controls the feed dogs. Very easy to fix. I googled it & there was a video that shows how to fix it. All you need is a allen wrench. Good luck!
