Babyville plastics snap kit

I am having a bear of a time! I applied the snaps, now I can't get the snaps to snap together. Anyone else use these snaps and had problems? My poor hands are killing me! Thank you for your help, Michele

Having just found out TONIGHT that I'm going to be a grandmom again (after 17 years!) puts me in the category of loving this post and link! Thanks!!

Congratulations Jan...that's so exciting.

I recently purchased Kam snaps and the kam snap pliers but which look very similar to Babyville but I have had no problems with the Kam snaps. I have made about a dozen bandana bibs and they snap just fine.

EMT2004, I apologize for apparently hijacking your post, that certainly was not my intention.

These snaps...can they be used on baby clothing as well as bibs?

Jan you are one lucky girl!

I have two kids...in their 20's (one's married) and still no grand babies. Maybe if I draw them dirty pictures? Think that will help?
LOL

As for the snaps.....be SURE you are using the top and bottom. The first time I used these I used both bottoms and couldn't figure out why they weren't going together (duh on my part!)

I thought about buying them one time but didn't know if they worked. I do need to find some sort of snap system though because although it isn't often, it seems that once in awhile I need a snap or two & the right tools are always so nice to have on hand.
Congratulations Jan!

They are supposed to get easier to snap with use. I like the metal snaps from snapsource.com. I've used them for years and they are great!

Don't give up; this pregnant daughter is 37!
And draw all the dirty pictures you want -- for yourself, LOL!!
