Hi,
I would like to make this block and am looking not only for its name but an easy way to make it.

Thanks so much!

I would think you would make strip sets of the white/red/blue and cut them into the appropriate slices, then make strip sets of the white/yellow and the white/green, cut them to appropriate slices. Then join the slices...

Does that make sense to you?

Yes I am thinking I am going to do a bit of strips combined with a disappearing 9 patch..... Gotta think about this more

Maybe a visual diagram would help, and you only need to make strips. Sorry I don't know if it has a name.

I think I am going to do red/white/blue in a strip and cut it up and then do a green/white and a yellow/white strips to make up the rest of the square. I was trying to figure out how to do a disappearing 9 patch and then.... well who knows. Thank you for your creative responses so far!

I see the center as a 9-patch, but not disappearing. The all strip-set way would be very sensible also!

It's a little more than a disappearing four patch.

Yes I think that will be my approach by creating strip sets of various sizes and combos. Thank you all for your replies! You are one creative group.

That looks like an alternate block that a fellow QB'r had in between her Dr. Seuss book blocks recently! I've got that one saved, as I have the Dr. Seuss blocks! Good luck with your blocks! Don't forget to post a pic when done!

This is the quilt that was shared a few weeks ago. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t287860.html Credit should be given to the designer of this quilt block since it is a pattern to buy. Here is a link to the original and an opportunity to buy the pattern: https://hobbystash.com/gallery/quilt...lebrate-seuss/
