September Fabric Postcard Swap - Wacky Holidays
 

Sign-ups begin for the September Wacky Holiday Swap. You will be making ONE Fabric Postcard. So choose a holiday from list below and design a postcard around it. NOTE: You have a month to send the card! Don't worry about actual date.

My swaps are open to all levels of sewing. For a tutorial on how to make fabric postcards, please refer to my post in tutorials How to Make a Fabric Postcard. Please post pictures of the postcards you receive.

*Cards must measure approx 4 x 6
*Must predominantly be sewed and quilted. Embroidery by hand or machine is also welcome.
*Must have some type of finished edge.

And when is the mailing date?

some people put their postcards in a regular envelope to mail.
i put mine in a plastic see-thru envelope with a 70 cent stamp and have the p.o. hand cancel it.
you have the whole month to mail your postcard.

I'm in! I think I have my card picked out. A little bit of a story behind it, I'll share after it is received.

Do you post pictures when you are finished?
