Carpenter Wheel pattern

I need a Carpenter Wheel pattern for a California King bed. I’ve seen them for queen beds mostly on google images and Pinterest. Can any of you point me in the direction of a pattern? I can enlarge the queen size pattern. Thanks all!

I have a free pattern in my library from Angela Walters which I got from bluprint when it was still Craftsy. Jordan Fabrics also has a free one on their website.

There's also Quilter's Cache.

You might want to just add some borders for a King size.
If you make the Carpenter's Wheel too big it might not look good
on the bed. Go to Google Images and search for CW King Size and
you will see what I mean. You can also get some ideas for borders.
You could measure the top of your bed and see how big you want
the CW to be and go from there.

Totally agree ........ I'd go for the wheel no bigger than the top of the bed.
Then frame it up with some interesting, yet simple enough borders,
so as not to complete with the focal centre.

Likewise ... lots of freebie patterns on the web.
Or just sketch it out on graph paper.

If you cut your squares & HSTs to 9 1/2" you will have a CW of 72" square quilt. Cutting 12 1/2" will make it 96" square. Depends on whether you will want borders or not.
