For DIL’s birthday
 

Well, this one took a bit more than the 2 hours it usually takes me but I’m really happy with the results 😁 Made with one piece of upholstery sample, a piece of leftover satin curtain I shortened for my grandkids, a piece of lace I found stacked away and didn’t know I had and now I can give it to my darling daughter-in-law for her birthday ❤️❤️❤️

How pretty! I think it's wonderful that you can do one in two hours (even though you said this one took a bit longer), I think it's a super bag.....

I haven't got a specific pattern, I glean from all sorts of patterns and tutorials on Pinterest and let my imagination flow, change sizes, add bits and pieces to make them to my liking ;) Also I have a specific way of sewing the zipper, which I find is the best for me
