We Wish You a Dachsie Christmas!
 

I started this quilt for Christmas 2021. I had the top done and the back pieced and then Darby got sick. I was so upset and afraid that I would lose him before Christmas that I couldn't even work on the quilt. Every time I tried, I started to cry so I put it away. I got it back out in November and finished it up. I pieced it on my 301a and quilted it on my Juki 2200 Mini.

Darling quilt. Long, long ago we had two dachshunds. We got the male first, and he had already been named Oscar, so when we got the female we named her Maya.
