Machine stitched?
 

I hope you can see the detail in this photo
It is from a quilting expo 2017 but I can't find out where the expos was or any details.
I was hoping someone could tell me if it is machine stitched or hand stitch?
I am trying to get an idea of the size. The rick rack could be 6mm. Although it comes in different sizes too.

That is a colorful quilt, love it.

It is a very interesting block. I always figure that someone on this board will be able to answer any question! Isn't it terrific?!
