I am looking for a Blocks in a Southwest style. I would like to make a wall hanging first, and then possibly go on to a bed quilt size. If someone could steer me to a web site that would have different block, it sure would be helpful.

Thanks from VERY COLD Wisconsin. Right now it is -11 with windchill of -25 and going down.

Loretta, I missed the news this evening. MORE snow. No Way. Well, then that mean it will warm up some. Too dang cold to snow now. Although up here we were very lucky this past week with the snow. We didn't get anything from that latest storm.

I have her book on Quilts of the Southwest and love all of them. I have three of them 'in the works' although two of them mean just the fabric bought and pressed.

go to swdecoratives.com I am lucky to live only 35 min from this place. The best selection I have seen anywhere. They have much more in the store. Call them and they will help you in any way possible. My friend beth has a quilt posted in the gallery

I just looked at swdecoratives.com I really like the one called Trading Post.
I have a pic of a quilt made with that pattern, and they used lots of different Southwestern colors. The quilt was called Colores, but I can't remember where I found it.

Good luck Barb!

Funny... Wisconsin is one of the few states I have not been in. But I have been to Minnesota in the middle of winter. I have also lived in Athens Ohio when it was -15 degrees and skied in Maine when it was under -20 F.

I sympathize with y'all.

Stay warm, make another quilt.
