I looked for a pattern, couldn't find anything so I just started sewing. One site said 7 1/4 x 5 1/4. I added 1/4" all around though. Then used the spoon, tea bag and plastic sugar as a "template" to make their slots.:mrgreen:

I've never seen one with the spoon. I love it
