The whole thing is done in a blender in 10 seconds! I tried this one in '06. My notes say it needs more spices so you be the judge and perk it up where you want.
Combine in blender for 10 sec: * 3 eggs * 1-1/2 cups milk * 1/2 cup Bisquick * 3/4 cup sugar * 1 cup pumpkin * 1-1/2 tsps. cinnamon * 1 tsp. ginger * 1 tsp. nutmeg * 1 tsp. vanilla Bake @350 deg. for 40 min. ;) |

I think it's referred to as 'impossible pumpkin pie'. I use the same method with custard. My favorite kind of pie.
