Default Ads...Out of control

I love love love this board. But it's becoming increasingly hard to read it with all the ads. The pages vibrate and until I close the ads across the botton of each page, they continue to vibrate. But, because it's vibrating, it's impossible to hit the tiny x. SO ANNOYING!

does anyone know how to get rid of them?

I haven't had the problem on the QB. Have you blocked pop-up ads in your settings?

Are you using an iPad? I had a similar problem on my iPad until I downloaded an ad blocker.

quiltsRfun, for my iPad I went to the App store and downloaded Adblock for Free by Neverads. It provides instructions on how to activate the app in Settings. Very simple to do and well worth the effort!

Prism99... Thanks for the tip. I downloaded the Adblock and it seems to be working. I am using an iPad and this is the only site I have (hopefully now...had) problems with.

Many of us run Adblcok on this website. I am on my computer with XL and I don't miss the ads at all.
