Hi,
I have a desktop computer and a laptop computer. I cannot log in from my laptop. I put in my user name, and my password. When I click to log in, my password disappears.
It only does this on my laptop, not on my desktop.
Any ideas?

clear your cache/delete temporary internet files.
clear your cookies.
