I have the same problem on my iPad. My nephew works with computers all day long and assures me it is NOT the iPad. The QB assures me it is NOT the QB. So...I just live with it as I enjoy the QB. We are thinking of checking it out with the Geek Squad.

Whew! I was worried that the blinking of the QB pages was an Ipad issue even though it didn't do it on all QB pages and no other apps.
