Default Help Removing a Duplicate post from a Thread

I was having difficulty in posting within the thread Birthday Swap 2016/2017, post #1644 is a duplicate of #1643. I didn't notice that it was a duplicate post until it was too late to delete. I'm still trying to learn this Windows 10 and I do apologize for having to ask someone to step in and remove a post. I still do not know how I did it and hope that I don't replicate my mistake in the future.

Thanks for the help.

You need to select "delete post" but there is a time limit to do it in. You can always contact PatriceJ asking her to delete the post. Just give her the internet address of your thread.

Yes, I did go past the time frame for me to be able to delete hopefully Patrice or another moderator will see my post and take down the duplicate. Thanks for taking time to respond to my post.

when referring to a particular thread or a particular post, it is most helpful to post a link to what you are referring to. That way, the moderators do not have to search for the problem. after looking for it for several minutes, i found it and deleted it.

I sew like I drive, pedal to the metal, so the extra speed would probably be fun for me. LOL
