How do I change color/text for my signature?

How do I change color/text for my signature?
Can't figure this out. Went to my edit signature, changed font and color, added icon. Only the icon change shows up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

Let's see, did you highlight through the words and they changed to the color you wanted, and then did you remember to click "save"? I'll try it here....was black, let's see if it's a greenish color now?
