My private messages are full but I don't know how to delete them and I was advised to delete them. I know I am in the wrong section to be asking this, but I just need one person to answer this. Please help me.

My private messages are full but I don't know how to delete them and I was advised to delete them. I know I am in the wrong section to be asking this, but I just need one person to answer this. Please help me.

1. Click on Private Messages
2. On the right side of the screen listing the messages is a check box. Check the boxes of the messages you want to delete.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the list -- you will see the words "Selected Messages" In the paranthese will be the number of messages selected.
4. Click on "Selected Messages" to pop up the box.
5. Click on "Delete" and then click on "Procede" at the bottom of the box.

I have an "unapproved visitor message" and my reply to the person that I would like to delete? Any suggestions?
I have 3 "unapproved visitor" messages & not only do I not know what they are, I have no idea how to access or delete them (that's how I found this thread... I did a search on that term & it brought me here). Help? Please?Originally Posted by w7sue
