How do I post a picture from my tablet? When I do new thread in pictures I do not see anything to upload a picture.

I post pictures from my iPad from pictures on my camera roll. I use the tiny tree icon and follow the prompts. The tree is in a small square on the icon bar.

I cannot reply to any posts or upload pix until I change to "mobile" at bottom left corner.

I have a Samsung tablet and can email post to facebook and what not but can't figure out how to do it from the tablet
