Can you tell me when you sign in--users name/pass word. There is a place you can check-for remember me(?). When checking that remember me, is checking that for a long period of time, or is it a short period of time. Or is it my computer, I need to set it up for a long period of time. I check that box and am never signed out... even when i close my browser and reopen it, i'm signed back in automatically

Mine signs me in for a long time unless I mess it up, which I did a few days ago. I finally got back on.

I haven't been able to do that since we changed over to this new site, no matter what i do i always have to sign back in. hmmmmm

craftymatt2--I think it has something to do with your "cookies" ...check your settings. My sign in is kept until I 'sign out'....then I have to re-enter my user name, but the password is remembered.

I never sign out. In fact I have the QB as an ICON on my desktop and all I do is click on it and voila there she is. Saves remembering all those passwords. Ha-- I have so many for my work computer that I get sick of trying to remember them all.

I have that problem too and I think it is my computer. Wish I knew how to solve this. Have problem on other sites too.

When I first signed in, I never signed out. Added it to my favorites, link onto that and voila I'm in.

For some reason I have to sign in every so often. I never sign out. Not a big deal to sign back in.
