Multiple Messages

For the last couple of days, I have gotten as many as FIVE duplicates of the same message. Was this something taken care of with "the maintenance"? or do I have to address this myself? If so, I need instructions as I am NOT very techie.....

WendiQ ... I don't fret over it. Granted I don't think I've had 5 duplicates!
Before I start reading threads, I just delete the extras ... then motor on!
