I really hate to ask this question because I know I have seen a thread on here about it before but I can't find it and the help info just isn't enough. I am thinking about posting a picture but I do not see the picture icon over the message box. I need this first step before I can worry about resizing and all that. So my question is where is the icon that looks like a framed picture with a tree in it?

if you do not see the tree icon, go to settings/general settings and scroll way down. choose WYSIWYG and be sure to save your changes

I went to settings then to general settings, scrolled all the way down and I did not see anything that I could decifer as WYSIWYG. I don't know what that stands for and I don't see it. I think I need more help.
