Problem with size of pics

Problem with size of pics
So I have tried a few times to post my pics. Now I can get them attached into my message, and I know that there is a limit of 1.91 for size. However, even with these restrictions when I preview my post the pictures are simply HUGE!!! I have to scroll sideways to see all of it. So I haven't actually posted anything cause I'm worried it may crash someones computer! How can I resize them? Is there somewhere to do this? Or is it just an issue with my camera? Thanks
