Thread: Notifications

On my home screen it shows I have two notifications. They are both from the same person and I have read both messages. I want it to reset back to nothing after I have read the messages. I can't find a way to do that. I have had other private messages and it resets itself after I have read the messages. Can you help.

have you refreshed your home screen? mine always disappear after refreshing.

I have but it won't disappear.
