Default Post your pictures here I'm experimenting and you can too on this thread

So when I export from picasa i have a choice on the size picture i want to export to a file on my desktop. I'm doing a round mug rug, I want it to look as though you are looking into a pond at a coi fish. I put organza over the fish to see if I like the effect. When i post the picture on the board, it must be cropped, lightened and made the size best for observing on the computer.

the first picture is 380 pixels
,

The second picture is 640 pixels,

The third is 800 pixels.

I always go for the largest if I'm planning to use the picture as computer wallpaper

the second pic looks about right. PatriceJ says in one of her picture procedure posts that the optimal size is 640x480. so the information is available to everyone. her Threads are stickied to the top of the QB Help Center.

i love your idea of the organza over the fish

Let's see if I can get my WIP up! These are 460 pixels X whatever it chose to go with that! I used paint, resize, save as jpg

gorgeous. I really like that design with your colors, I have some wonky looking fabric, I wonder what it would look like cut up like this?
