I read the help section and it stated to click the itree icon. When I bring up the new thread post there are no icons. I am doing something wrong. Please help me.

There are two reply window options, Quick and Advanced. Both have the icon. On the quick reply window it is the third one from the right. If you don't see the strip of symbols above the window then you may have the wrong settings selected.

if you do not have the tree icon, go to Settings/General Settings, scroll way down, choose WYSIWYG and be sure to save your settings.

You must be signed at the top of the page. Then the symbols should appear.
