How to Delete "Unapproved Visitor Message"?
In my notifications is a something that says "unapproved visitor message" and I cannot figure out how to delete it. I know the sender is legit. I'm not sure 1) why this message popped up and 2) how to delete it? I've tried.
Can someone help me? It's not deleting like my other messages. |
I can't help you, but I'll be interested in how to do this. I've had one of those messages for over a year now and have never figured out how to delete it.

click the small square to the top right, scroll down to moderation tools and choose delete

I tried that several times yesterday and the day before, to no avail.
This morning, though, I hit "approve messages" and THAT did the trick. Glad it's done and outta here! |
I am not seeing a small square to the top right on my screen.
