keeping track of what you've read

How do you keep track of which posts you've already read? When I open a thread, it always starts at the beginning (I don't want it to start at the end). So if the thread is multiple pages, how can I tell which was the last post I read.

Forget reading and get back to the sewing machine. Hugs

Click on "View first unread" up there by "thread tools" etc. You make have to be logged in for it to work; not sure.

On the black strip that runs across my screen, I always click on What's New and that takes me to what I haven't read. I must be logged in for that.

I view from "Archive" (down at the bottom). My computer changes the color of the thread from bright blue to dull purple.

I don't know if this is true for all computers, I have a mac. This is how I tell where I left off.

I noticed when I erase my cookies, it turns them all back to bright blue.
