Moderated PMs?
Not complaining, but just wondering why my incoming Private Messages are being moderated? Have I transgressed somehow but didn't know about it?
|
I didn't think they were.
... what makes you think so? |
As a moderator I do not believe there is any way we can access your private messages. You need to contact one of or or Patricej to specify what is happening

Send her a PM |
You are referring to Visitor Messages, not PMs. You can go to your Profile and approve or delete your own visitor messages.

Up North and QuiltnNan are correct.
we do not moderate members' private messages. that's why they're called "private." :) Visitor Messages are different. I think they're similar to posts people can leave on somebody's blog, facebook page, etc. They show up on your profile page. Only registered members who are logged in can see your profile page. Visitor messages are visible to all who access your profile page. To prevent Visitor Messages, go to Settings General Settings Set Visitor Messages to Off. |
Never mind. I thought that the check box right next to "Report" was to report the message and I didn't want to do that.
But how to moderate a message? I got my first visitor message today and I can't seem to moderate it. I try to use the drop-down and check Approve and it says I haven't selected any. Don't see how to select any. |
